This initiative is the vision of Sri Jagannath Gupta, a prominent figure in the oil refining industry and a committed philanthropist in the Budge Budge region. Although it operates as a family trust, JGFT includes trustees who are eminent professionals and social activists, reflecting a broad spectrum of society. The Trust oversees BBIT like a deep-rooted banyan tree, symbolizing consistency, strength, and firmness.
